This page explains what personal data this website processes and why. In short, no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. If you use the contact form, we use what you send us to reply to you.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of the request to deliver the page and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or email us, we process your name, email address, company, the topic you choose and your message, only to answer you. Messages from the form are delivered to us by email through Resend, Inc. (USA), under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message is about a possible contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We delete the message once it is no longer needed for the conversation, unless the law requires us to keep it.

What we don't do

• No cookies and no local storage.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict its use, object to it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). Write to hello@rayl.app. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
